1 kg of chicken pieces (thighs, legs, wings)
1 T. olive oil (or dip in milk)
1 C. parmesan cheese (I just used Kraft)
1 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
This is absolutely so yummy & so easy!
On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients. Rub the chicken with olive oil (or milk) and then coat each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the chicken pieces to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the chicken on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Note: I have also used this coating for pork chops and fish filets and it is equally yummy!
Mix 2 to 3 eggs per person with a little cream, salt, pepper, and your favorite toppings (cooked sausage, bacon, ham, onion, pepper, mushrooms, etc ). Pour into scooped out submarine buns or petit French bread. Bake at 350 F (175 C) for about 25 minutes.
